- What Paul said About Effective Praying
I Nehemiah 1:4 A leader's prayer accomplishes four things:
1. Prayer internalizes the burden, deepening our ownership of a need.
2. Prayer insists that we quiet our hearts and wait, slowing us down to receive from God.
3. Prayer infuses the vision, enabling us to see what God wants us to do.
4. Prayer initiates the vision's fulfillment, acting as a catalyst for us to act.
SOMETHING POWERFUL HAPPENS WHEN A LEADER PRAYS AND STANDS IN THE GAP FOR HIS PEOPLE.

y fourteenth birthday,I stood at the bedside of my dying mother. Unable to communicate for several days, suddenly her eyes opened and she whispered..."I see the most beautiful light, and I hear the most wonderful music." I learned later that a distant relative had led her to the lord. I believe she had a glimpse of Heaven. Twenty years later when I was 34 years old, which is nowhopeless situation, the Lord drew me, a Gentile, to His Word. I couldn't put the book down. I received Christ, the Messiah of Israel, as my Savior. Through the years, the Bible, His Word, has been my guide, the joy and rejoicing of my heart. "It is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul" (Leviticus 17:11) Israel today is without the blood sacrifice.Trusting in tradition and the teaching of the Talmud, they are lost. The unbelieving Gentile is in the same condition. "Strangers from the Covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the World" (Ephesians 2:12) "It is finished" ( John 19:30) With great finality, these words came from the parched, bleeding lips if the dying Savior. The slaying of the lambs on the altars of Israel, under the Old Covenant, came to an end. "Behold I will make a New Covenant with the House of Israel, and with the House of Judah" (Jeremiah 31:31) There on Calvarys Cross, God's beloved Son (Psalm 2) offered himself the atonement for sin. The Messiah of Israel (Psalm 22 Isaiah 53) shed his blood. Jesus came the first time rejected, despised, crucified as Gods promised lamb. (Genesis 22:8). He is coming again "Behold, He cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him; and they also which pierced him" (Zechariah 12:10) (Revalation 1:7) "I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending saith the Lord which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty" (Revalation 1:8) Dear friend, do you not recognize whom it was that was pierced in Zechariah 12:10? Will you believe and receive Him, your Messiah?.jpg)
